What personal data is collected

Personal data that will be processed includes, but is not limited to, name, address, postal code, city, e-mail address, telephone number. Where the trip is also required, date of birth, gender, passport number, nationality, place requirements, destination, relative, fellow traveler.

We may also process requests for special diets or special information from you about your state of health prior to the trip / transport relevant to be able to fulfill this.

You provide the personal information in connection with contact with us or our resellers, e.g. when requesting a quote or ordering transport / travel.

We also process visitor information in our digital channels where IP address, Operating system, Web browser, Screen resolution, Visited web page and From which web page you were linked to are collected. This information is anonymised and is not linked to you personally.

fulfill our commitments in ordered trips and additional products
identify you as a traveler

Storage of personal data

We store personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfill the above purposes. Normally, we store personal data for 4 years from the time the last trip was completed or from the time you had contact with us in general (for eg a quote). If you have signed up to receive newsletters and offers from us, we will save your information for the time being. You can contact us at any time at the address as above to unsubscribe and have all your information deleted.

In some cases, we may need to store information for a longer period of time when required by law (eg accounting law) or in the event of a complaint, for example.

 

Who may process the personal data

Your personal data is processed by our staff and by our partners for system services and administrative services with which we have agreements on the protection of personal data, personal data assistant agreements.

Your personal data may also be processed in the travel industry, for example by airlines, bus companies, hotels and local partners at the destination. Only necessary information is provided at each such occasion.

 

Processing of personal data in countries outside the EU and the EEA

Depending on where your destination is located and which partners are used, your personal data may be processed outside the EU and the EEA. Even if the final destination for a trip is within the EU / EEA, for example, transport companies and hotels can be based outside the EU / EEA. Only the information needed to complete the trip and other services is provided to partners.

By submitting your personal data to us, you agree that we process personal data outside the EU and the EEA and are aware that legislation for the protection of personal data may be lower than within the EU and the EEA.

 

Your rights to information about you.

You have the right, at any time, to withdraw your consent to us processing the information you have provided to us.

This means that you can also request correction or deletion of your personal data. Such a request is made to us in writing. Your information will then be corrected or deleted within a month. If you have a current trip that has not been completed or completed, or have an ongoing complaint or similar, the information will be deleted within one month after this has been completed.

You can also contact us with a request to access the registered information we have about you, which we will provide within a month.
